We ship to most of the countries in Europe, Latin America and The Caribbean.

Terms and conditions

Customers responsible for customs brokerage, tariffs and import tax, if applicable. We will provide as much assistance as possible to simplify the process for you, and minimize expenses wherever possible. 

Orders will be processed and shipped within 72 hours of receiving the order. Should there be a significant delay, we will notify you as soon as possible and provide continuous updates on the status of your order.

On domestic shipments (within Canada), we use Canada Post as the carrier. On shipments to the United States, we use UPS as the carrier. Once we have fulfilled and shipped the order, our carrier takes over. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee 100% satisfaction on the experience with our selected carriers. If you run into issues, we will try our best to help resolve the issue. However, we will not be held responsible for any issues (e.g. loss, damage, delay) that occur during transit.
